I’m still working on Ingram’s, but it is looking less and less likely that a mass market version is going to be possible. I set it up, but the price to print it is nearly twice what Amazon charges, despite it being a smaller book. Meaning that I would have to charge a ridiculous price for it that I don’t think anyone would be interested in paying. I have a request in to them for clarification, just to make sure that I haven’t screwed anything up, but unless I am looking at this wrong, it isn’t going to work. The trade paperback is available at Amazon, however, for those of you who like a book in print. I will keep you updated.
