I think the book mystery has been solved. I did both an Amazon paperback this time, and an Ingram’s Spark one. The Ingram’s version somehow screwed up my Amazon listing (because they distribute to Amazon). I still don’t know what happened with the price, which was supposed to be 13.99 like on Amazon, but it doesn’t matter anymore as I am having the Ingram’s one taken down. Maybe I’ll try again for those who don’t like buying off of Amazon, or who are in areas where Amazon doesn’t distribute, at a later point. But I clearly need to understand Ingram’s a lot better before then. Anyway, I was told that it takes 3 days or so for a book to be unlisted by Ingram’s, and Amazon said that should fix the problem. Then anyone who wants a paperback should be able to find it and at the right price. Thank you, and I’m sorry for the confusion.
